Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)

With CTI you can easily manage your entire office communications from your PC and control all calls from the computer. Thanks to simple integration with Outlook or other programs and customer relationship management (CRM) you can view all the information from the customer database on your screen with just one click; whether at the office, the home office or on the road with your laptop.

In the process you can choose between the NCTI standard (Windows), NCTI standard (Mac) or NCTI premium (Windows) solution according to your needs.
